I wanted my body to look generally better. First I was just working out, nothing special. No routine or diet. But then I asked for help and the guys on the BB forums helped make a workout routine and a good bulking diet!
Why I Love It:
It releases stress and makes me feel 'stronger'. And I have a small and light body, which I want to transform into a big one!
How I Stay Motivated:
Compare myself to other BB'ers on this forum.

At first I had quite a big belly. After like, 2 months of exercising, my belly went down. Yet I'm still 'small'. I want to bulk up, until I get bigger. Will take a couple of months, then I'll cut.
Have you finally decided upon which bench to buy. I'm looking for a bench along with olympic weights too, the problem is most people are from the US, and so its hard to find tips for buying in the UK.

How is your clean bulk going? Are the weights going up? (Scales and iron :p)
I'm ok - half through my AS exams so I found I havne't been able to gain much weight. Eating and lifting both fall the day before and the day of the exam.
I'm going to bulk through summer - should still have good abs for beach? And aim to get the 1000lb total and 180lb goal.
Yeah bro, don't worry about it. We all have to start somewhere, I am just now taking whey protein. Kinda pathetic but if I woulda took sooner coulda made way bigger gains. Kinda frustrated on that.
haha, thanks man! but yeah, I dropped it to 10-15 lbs and I am planning on keeping the abs and stuff compared to just bulking. Summer=girls, nice body=more girls ;) haha

I aim to get to 165lbs first then see whether I need a mini-cut for the summer (maybe a month) if not I will try to reach 180lbs before March next year so I can do a proper cut from there. :D
