Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to be "Big Danny", as my stepdaughter calls me, in the muscly way, not the softly padded way. wanna find out where my weight and bodyfat%age could and should be
Goal (Long): I'd like to get to about 8 or 10% bodyfat, plenty of muscle, look and feel great and have an easier time doing the activities that will come about raising two kids, they are 9mo and 4yr old right now, so I have a little bit of time to work up before they start to get into sports. Plus, I'd like to look like a men's health cover model

only away for 2 months this time, too much car trouble and motorcycle trouble and wedding planning and carting aroung kids, I slumped completely, I was pretty worn down when I let off too, just hitting some highs.  but now I am back and aiming to skinney up for the wedding while increaing...

On my workout, I usually warm up on the leg extension for about 3X10, at a comfortable weight, then go up to 400+ for a warm-up on the sled.

Oh don't you just hate it when that happens? I'm glad that we have a very good back up system at work. Just one call to the service desk and I get my last drawing back. It's not the most resent one but... go to tool, options and in the tab, open and save you can adjust the automatic save. Good luck next time! :)
