Goal (Long):
I'd like to get to about 8 or 10% bodyfat, plenty of muscle, look and feel great and have an easier time doing the activities that will come about raising two kids, they are 9mo and 4yr old right now, so I have a little bit of time to work up before they start to get into sports.
Plus, I'd like to look like a men's health cover model

Oh don't you just hate it when that happens? I'm glad that we have a very good back up system at work. Just one call to the service desk and I get my last drawing back. It's not the most resent one but... go to tool, options and in the tab, open and save you can adjust the automatic save. Good luck next time! :)
