Yuck. Didn't even know how to pose.
This was just after a 4 week bulking session I thought I'd do for fun (little did I realize it'd get me thinking about competing). Gained 20 lbs in 4 weeks; the crazy part of that was about half of that was muscle.
Struggled for a bit- had a birthday (ahem) and went through a week of "I think I'm gonna bulk for a month!" so my progress went kind of backwards/forwards for a bit. Also started creatine, so my weight hasn't been going down as I think I'm gaining a little muscle mass/water weight of some sort.
I found an American Football team who is always looking for players, and the best part of it all is they have a small gym to work out in! Squat/Dead rack, Flat/Incline Bench, Pull-up Bar... I'm very happy. 160euros (~$210 right now) for participation until June. I can use the gym two,...
Ah I see. Ya know - I've been reconsidering my diet ALOT recently . It seems Im getting fatter on keto. I binge too much. I've pretty much made up my mind on switching back to 40/40/20. I know I'll gain some fat by just suddenly switching , but as of today I ran out of all my "keto" foods and plan to start eating differently tomm.Hell , I made much better progress on 40/40/20 than I have so far doing TKD. Ughh - I love this constant quest to find the right diet for me.
