185 lbs 6% body fat very impressed with my progress the only way is up now

i just want to have a body i can be proud of i look in the mirror and say "your getting there keep it up good job" i try to stay positive and i want to continue doing this. im only 20 so who knows what i will look like in 2-5 years but i know ill be proud of it

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
it just depends on the workout plan im on put i do anywhere from 8-25

I wasn't exactly assigning an age in my mind, but I was thinking older than what you said, lol. I have one more day of the antibiotics - yes, I had an ear infection along with a respiratory infection/bronchitis - not good during mid-terms
