I got started from seeing how much I have let myself go. I used to be really fit and active. I stop from working long hours at work and everything went down hill from there.
Why I Love It:
I feel that I have more energy and the fact that I'm currently losing weight makes it more fun for me to work out more.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my before photos I took this month (Nov) and look at how I was three years ago. I want that back plus more, so I work as hard as I can to acheive my goals.
