What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Dont rush big weight, stay away from machines and focus on free weights to learn the motions and proper techniques.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
waiting till I was almost 20 to start working out!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
