Background

When I Started: Jun 2008
HOW I STARTED:

Was doing nothing during the summer and my best friend Aaron was like lets go to the gym. I started lifting everyday during that summer and loved every single bit of it. Stopped during my senior year and started back up this summer again and will continue to workout for the remainder of my life.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I feel better about myself, have a ton more energy and it promotes a healthy life style. Ive also met some pretty awesome people in the gym.
