Do a clean bulk. Eat healthy stuff instead of the typical bodybuilder "me see food, me eat food" bulking diet that consists of crap food that adds on fat like crazy. Keep your food clean and healthy but in the right portions to fuel your bulk and you'll put on minimal fat. :)

I think bulking up to 210 or 215 is a totally attainable goal. If you haven't put on a whole lot of bodyfat, or if you don't think you look too fluffy then go for 215 before you cut. That way you can gain maximum muscle since some of it will get burnt off when you cut.

Thanks! Your pics look great too! Bulking is always tough, but you still look super lean so don't worry about it too much. The little bit of BF you'll gain is worth all the muscle you'll have. How much weight you trying to add?

Kinda...we produce the Speed Channel Test Drive shows as well as the Acura documentary (Project LMP1). We just finished shooting the Ford Mustang Test Drive (it airs end of May) and the Hyundai Genesis Coupe Test Drive (airs early May)

Working with a trainer makes all the difference in the world. I used to have puny shoulders cuz I never trained them and once I started they blew up! You can do anything you put your mind to! Just make sure to pick ONE workout or ONE trainer and follow that. You can't get good results if you change your program every week or follow everyone's advice you find online. Find one program, stick to it and you'll be happy you did!
