Keep active and surround yourself with people who support you and you will.
My brother chose his path and remained around people who drank or had other self destructive habits and the watering holes therein. You hang out in a gym, keep with it and you'll be that step ahead.

I saw your post on the front page of the bodyblogs.
My brother chased some demons in his life and was beaten to death and left in a dumpster outside of a bar ten years ago. He admitted that he had issues but he didn't take action and, in the end, he literally lost everything.
