Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 16! Specially chest, ABS and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training and contests (only if you compete)?

u think im not that big whatever im lean and natural im also an ectomorph hardgainer, you on the other hand are endomorphic-you started out over weight, i started out weighing almost 130, 4 years and a hundred pounds of muscle without steroids is more than most people
