I was looking at your supplement list. You know, you could save a ton of money. Instead of the BSN protein, buy the 10lb bag of Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard. It has 24g protein, and you could do away with your glutamine and BCAA pills because the ON Protein has 5g of BCAAs and 4g of glutamine in each scoop!!! There are also 155 scoops in a $68 bag, or 77 scoops in a 5lb $40 bag! Check it out. Nice build, by the way.
your abs are pretty good now, some people are just genetically different in how their abs look, if you really want to burn the most fat, quickest, focus on large muscle groups, ie legs (squats, leg presses, deadlifts etc), you may have a very clean good diet but you should spread it out every 2.5 to 3 hours eat a small meal roughly 40% protien, 30% carb 30 % good fats. if you can follow that diet day in day out, with a good workout schedule, your bodyfat % should stay between 3-6%
