How I Started:
Lifting in my bedroom with one 20lb dumbell doin curls every night. But really started lifting because of sports: wrestling, football, track. Got really into lifting in high school where i was always one of the strongest in my PE classes. Then i barrowed the Body Building Bible by Arnold (Role Model) and that is when i seriosly started actually bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Love making improvments on my appearence, love the feeling of being sore, and especially love knowing im getting bigger arms or chest, etc.. I love hitting my limits in the gym, and people looking at me like im some kind of animal. I love lookin at pics of me and my improvments and things i need to work on. I love the compliments.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look up new workout and bodybuilders specific parts that i wish i had and try to get them. I avidly read Arnolds book too stay motivated. In the begining though, my BIGGEST MOTIVATION was GIRLS,GIRLS,GIRLS!! Still is but to a somewhat lesser degree, but NOW for my JOB, haha which is basically the SAME but now i get paid..

Bench 1 of the highest @ my school.
Have BIG arms that people compliment on.
Can maintain a STRICT DIET.

Have the TRAPS i wanted.

You could use ankel straps on their wrist and do cabel movements for each body part. It depends on their level of grip will determin db exercises vs straped in. it all just depends
