What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't know about celebrities but my dad is 81 and I'm still afraid of him. He's a "Bad Ass" little man. I just hope I have 10% of the energy he's got, if and when I hit his age. Actually he has been my inspiration for working out. He always preached exercise and diet and his teachings always stick with me.I don't know about celebrities but my dad is 81 and I'm still afraid of him. He's a "Bad Ass" little man. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Twice I "Ripped" my back apart which took me out of the gym for six months each time. I also had a wrist injury that set me back three months. In addition to minor shoulder maladies.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
In my case it was lifting heavy and not concentrating hard enough on the final reps.
Just getting over a bad cold and knee problem (injury) I am excited to think I can get into the gym tomorrow and "Tear It Up". Thanks to "hermtheworm" for the unusual yet inspirational profile. Knowing someone close to my age that can be that totally ripped is inspirational....
Awww...thank you for such a kind compliment! Glad you found me in your "noodling" around. :) These legs don't stand a chance. Ha! Have a fantastic weekend!
Thanks Edward J. I have read many articles on this site...mainly about nutrition. So much to learn, thats for sure!! How are your goals going. I read your last blog...the flu hit me hard too this year!!
