I have no idea about these BF%-numbers and don't know my own. I just sometimes read numbers here which seem extremely low to me. Can't one have a nice body with 22% ? :)

I have no experience with losing weight, I always tried to gain some.
I still wonder if you really have much BF to lose. :) Are you maybe a bit critical with yourself?
