You look good! =) Being short sucks when it comes to weight I'm only 5 ft and the last 20 lbs of fat are seriously in my stomach! it sucks anyway goodluck with your goals

Wow.. Definitley know what you mean I'm also italian i was around 140 in 8th grade and shot up to 165 for high school.. I remember having pasta almost EVERYNIGHT with WHITE bread and butter.. ugh lemme tell you I HATE white pasta/bread now anyway youve made great progress! =)

I really liked it! I tried it out for a week.. it's WAY better than my all womens "gym" there is NOTHING there and i'm ALWAYS waiting for machines gayy

you look amazing and have made such great progess! I'm also 5'0 it's hard being short and carrying a bunch of weight but i'm getting back on track and hope to look/feel good soon!

Yeah that kind of job would do it Thanks=) Yeah I can't wait to ACTUALLY be thin I have never had a flat stomach and can't wait to actually have one!

Ugh! Isn't it so frustrating? I just want a flat stomach then focus on toning Like ive lost so much weight everyelse and pretty much nothing in my stomach! it sucks plus im short.. if i was taller i think the fat would be evened out more

Thanks Youve have some a long way too! I don't know wth is wrong with me though.. I get around 119.5 ( my lowest weight yet) and then i mess up on my diet! I think theres a mental block or something its soo annoying! But this time im going to make sure to keep losing the fat!

Yeah i never knew what a keto diet was until i came to this site.. I was doing low carb before though and I started at 165 lbs and now im around 124 I think im going to carb up when ive lost a decent amount of weight =) Thanks for your comment

What intake were you referring to? Obviously for today i'm not only eating eggs+bacon I edit the post throughout the day Im trying to have 5-6 small meals a day including two protein shakes(on days i work out) and you look really good!

Thanks! Yeah i dont want to incorporate carbs right now.. I would like to ATLEAST get to 115/110 doing low carb and then add in carbs like fruits and whole grains
