It was great felt nice to get away from work and be able to relax a little. I was kind of pissed though my gym has be closed since Thursday! lol Oh well just gonna have to hit it hard next week. My workouts have been going great just getting stronger and stronger!

...of course it is not always easy to stay motivated 100%, to work out so much and stay on a stricht diet plan requires the dedication of a buddhist monk :-) how do you stay motivated?!

hopefully you feel better now...I workout in blocks of three days for weights, so that's 6 times a week and 4 times a week cardio in the evening...what is your goal?
