I think you look bigger in that pic, guns like WHOA! So keep it up, eatin like crazy, and do everything to failure..SAFELY ofcourse, but make sure you warming up thoroughly and going heavy! 6-8 reps max, if you can do more, need more weight! also don't for get the supersets, dropsets and the like because they allow you go get that full muscle fatigue if you don't have a partner to spot.
