11:00am - Meal 2: Protein shake
1:00pm - Meal 3: 1 can Plain tuna, corn, & broccoli
3:00pm - Meal 4: Fruit Smoothie
5:45pm - Meal 5: 6oz Grilled salmon w/ asparagus
7:30pm - Meal 6: Protein shake
9:00pm - Meal 7: 5 scrambled egg whites

1 cup fresh veggies
1/2 cup cubed chicken
(w/ non-stick olive oil product and scramble)
11:00am - Meal #2
1 meal replacement shake
1:00pm - Meal #3
6 oz chicken - grilled or steamed
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 bagel
3:00pm - Meal #4
1 cup fresh fruit
1 can plain tuna
5:45pm - Meal #5
6 oz salmon - grilled
1 cup grilled veggies
1 baked potato
7:30pm - Meal #6
1 meal replacement shake
9:00pm - Meal #7
