Started working out 5x a week with a friend, then signed up for personal training sessions. Worked with a personal trainer for awhile, took a long break, and now working out 6-7x/wk using the P90X home training program.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself. My determination is really providing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out w/ a friend & looking at my 'Before' pics. Lol. I need to get back in gear!!!
I want to improve my posture, compete in a figure competition, and get into fitness modeling.
Goal (Long):
I've always wanted to be a fitness model / figure athlete. I have gotten out of shape. Now I am back on track and ready to put in the work it will take to finally reach my goals! Thanks everyone for the motivation!!!

I want to LOSE 8 lb
