How I Started:
Started working out 5x a week with a friend, then signed up for personal training sessions. Worked with a personal trainer for awhile, took a long break, and now working out 6-7x/wk using the P90X home training program.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself. My determination is really providing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out w/ a friend & looking at my 'Before' pics. Lol. I need to get back in gear!!!

116 Lbs. 12 wks. 5 days & counting! I am lovin this! I know I have abs under there, just got 2 get 2 em! Cardio it up!
