I don't really have access to a gym. So I use what I have.
For my upperbody I use dumbells.
For my lower body I use a barbell.
I had to start lifting really light weights because I had lost so much muscle. I started with two and a half pounds, and I worked my way up. Now I don't lift anything under twenty pounds. |
