How I Started:
One day i was at work during the summer and i don't know how it came up but me and my friend were talking about gyms. So a few days later we went out and signed up for a 1 year gym membership.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about working out. The feeling it brings me, after each set I feel like a new person. Then after my whole workout is done, there is no better feeling. I love everything about bodybuilding so much that I've decided to even major in Exercise Sciences!
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing my goals turn into reality.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually go 8 reps per set. I think that's the perfect amount for me.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a workout partner because they are always there when i need a moral boost and many other reasons.
