Well I was always training myself in martial arts. I gained a lot of speed and agility but I think it's time I put on some size. I want to prove that getting bigger doesn't slow you down.
Now that I'm back home I plan to take training seriously. Since I got out of the Marine Corps on August 17th I've picked right back up.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge, it helps a lot with depression and anger.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's been hard lately, but my motivation comes from remembering the things in the past and who I really am and how much I've changed. That my beliefs aren't dead and that I will never give in, and lose morality.
Also talking to new great people helps boost my spirits. Thinking about my father who recently passed away also makes me want to fight harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing I can talk about yet. But I guess I can say finally healing my arm after it broke. I remember I was so stubborn and didn't want to stop training in martial arts when it broke that I rebroke over and over for a period of 2 years. I wish to get over the paranoia of my arm breaking again, that will be a big accomplishment.
I mainly want to gain more mass because I need more "armor" for fighting. I want to prove also that having a lot of mass will not slow me down and that it may even speed me up......
I also got to lose my "Military Flab" Believe it or not it is issued lol.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
For me I would have to say the Military or any Overhead Press. Because you can injure yourself without warning and not even feel it untill the next day or two. Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
When I was lifting my friend and picking him up to throw him in a play fight, my other friend pushed me and the friend I was carrying landed on my legs as my body was sandwitched in half. My spine popped like dominos going up and the wind was knocked out of me. For about 7 months I had no overhead lifting strength what so ever and shortness of breath. I recovered by realizing it is not the end. When I was lifting my friend and picking him up to throw him in a play fight, my other friend pushed me and the friend I was carrying landed on my legs as my body was sandwitched in half. Noticed your vids bro ... some pretty cool stuff. There is some room for mass on that frame. Adding muscle or taking off fat is ALL about diet. Be as relentless in the kitchen as you are in your workouts and you'll be blown away at what happens.
Just hung a body bag for my son's Christmas present. It made me think of you. Hope all is well. Keep at it my friend, we are on the path together some day we will meet until then keep your chin up. All the best--Tango
haha, the most fighting i do is grappling with some friends once in a while. i'm pretty sure you'd kick my a** there. not saying i would'nt try though, haha
