When I Started: Jul, 2005
How I Started: just realized it was time for a change when I reached 256 lbs.
Why I Love It: the feeling of being normal, not the fat guy. wearing L or XL, not XXL
How I Stay Motivated: using bodyspace to chart my progress, viewing other members profiles/blogs, etc.
BB Accomplishments: Ran seven 5K races, one 4 mile race, and 5 mile race. won a trophy at the 4 mile race.

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): I just want to be pleased with what I have to look at in the mirror everyday.
Goal (Long): Right now I'm 203 with a lot of extra baggage. I've dropped 50 lbs. in a less than two years. I would like to be 190 pounds of solid muscle. I'm not sure what I want to focus on, running or lifting weights. I need to find a good mix of both.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 13%

Good luck in the Weightloss Challenge at work! Aug is such a long time away. I dont even think I can stay focused on 12 week challenges like Body For Life either. 6 week challenges really get me focused! Wish me luck, but he thanks for checkin out my profile!

the key to bodybuilding is never being satsified. no matter if i added 60lbs of muscle. i would still want 80lbs more. thats my take of my body ...i am never content
