I just want to be pleased with what I have to look at in the mirror everyday.
Goal (Long):
Right now I'm 203 with a lot of extra baggage. I've dropped 50 lbs. in a less than two years. I would like to be 190 pounds of solid muscle. I'm not sure what I want to focus on, running or lifting weights. I need to find a good mix of both.

Good luck in the Weightloss Challenge at work! Aug is such a long time away. I dont even think I can stay focused on 12 week challenges like Body For Life either. 6 week challenges really get me focused! Wish me luck, but he thanks for checkin out my profile!
