Started working out to better myself in sports throughout high school. During Junior High School football I fractured my left forearm which needed sugery and two plates and screws. Than in my sophmore year of High School I broke my lower back while snowboarding and was laid up in a bed for months. After healing I began to get serious about my body but was shot down again in college playing baseball I tore my right shoulder and needed another surgery. Now everything seems to be working and it is done as a stress relief and to keep me in better shape for work.
Why I Love It:
Working out helps to reduce stress and also energizes me for those long tough day/nights at work.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is hard especially during the winter months, but watching your body change in the mirror. Also people complimenting u on ur physique helps.

xlr8inz28 changed Body Fat from 16% to 15.7%, a loss of 0.3 percentage point in 28 days
Main goal is to stay the same weight while I shred the bodyfat off. By doing so I will be trying to strictly gain muscle mass(a tough job but it can be done).

I want to LOSE 10 lb

I am considering law enforcement. It seems like a lot of departments are cutting back because of the lack of funding they receive. Which means poor job prospects for veterans/applicants.
