imfeld95 Sure now you tell me about alcohol..where were ya when I was in my 20's. Actually I have witheld drinking before the marathon in June. I do have too get outside and hit the trails otherwise the altitude is going to eat my lunch come race day. Trying to lean up this month, mostly fruits and vegetables + fish, really going to watch my food (portion) intake. imfeld95 Almost forgot, have a Happy Mpthe's Day. I think what kills me is the weekends, because at work I always have fruit & vegs around me, plus I'll eat chicken, fish, sm. portion of carbs. On the weekends I tend to not watch my eating habits as much. But your advice as always is welcome. May 6, 2011 5:17pm

imfeld95 Darcie, How have you been this week? I was only able to get to the gym 1 time this week and then I was sick Mon-Thur, so now I have to get my fluids back up and get back at it. I tell ya the body fat comes off slow, but I can feel the muscle growing faster, that I love. Down to 50 days before the endurance race, this is my first major goal for the year. helenawf Well, I live 1000+ miles from my fam so its just me, hubby and the kids and this year hubby brought his work home and proceeded to work on and off on it all weekend including Easter. NO church service, no dinner. The kids at least got easter baskets that I fixed up for them and I baked a cake, but really wasn't what I am used to. Oh well.
