How I Started: Got started lifting weights while playing football. After tearing up the knee I decided it was time to hang up the cleats and pick up the weights.
Why I Love It: I find working out to be the ultimate stress reliever. In addition, through maintaining a (for the most part) healthy lifestyle, I feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated: A lifting buddy (Robb) and hard-hitting music never hurts.
