Got started lifting weights while playing football in high school. After tearing up the knee my sophomore year, I decided it was time to hang up the cleats and pick up the weights.
Why I Love It:
I find working out to be the ultimate stress reliever and self-esteem booster.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror, an upcoming wedding, and music.
BB Accomplishments:
From January 17, 2008 to sometime during the month of August or early September, I lost approximately 30 lbs. and looked a HELL of a lot better without a shirt on.

I got the bands removed yesterday that were holding my mouth shut for nearly six weeks. Wow, what a strange feeling that was! I can't really explain what it felt like to be able to open my mouth after not being able to for so long. Suffice it to say...it was quite a relief.
