im in the gym 3 times a week 2 to 3 hours every time. I do 15 minutes on my arms (which can vary 3 to 4 machines) doing 3 sets of 15 reps per machine then i do 15 on my legs same as above 3 sets of 15 reps per machine. Then i do 10-12 minutes on the stomach i do atleast 250 crunches. Then i do...
