How I Started:
from the very begining i admired beautiful bodies.i really wanted to get in shape and remain in shape.grow grow n grow. Arnold has inspired me the most.and made me join the gym. his physique is the greatest ever.
Why I Love It:
it makes me feel better. when i go to the gym n i lift weights i just feel like ive got all the power in da world. 2nd it keeps me stay in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
well i alwayz wanted to look like arnold and im focused to being like him and thts wht keeps me motivated.
super sets = two exercises done back to back without rest in the middle..
forced reps = reps done beyond failure with the help of a partner
drop sets = dropping the weight after you are done with your set and continue banging out more reps at the lower weight.
Its hard because there is so much info that I don't know where to start.I think If you go to the exercise section of the forum you would get a better understanding of everything you want to know.i hope this helps.
u dont have to understand all these concepts right now,the only thing u have to do is eat a lot and train basic and heavy,rest enougth and muscle will come.
