How I Started:
i got started when i was deployed to iraq. it was getting hot outside and my extra weight was dragging me down. i was 220 then. now i am down to 195 and feel great
Why I Love It:
i love it because of that feeling at the end of your session. the feeling like you did something positive for yourself
abs-a lil everyday
cardio-a lil everyday, at leat 15 min
Monday- chest, tri and shoulders
Tues- lower body, abs
Wed- back, bi abs
Thurs- off
Fri- abs and a little cardio
Sat- something active outdoors
Sun- off
i have been out of the gym for about a month now. lots of training and schools taking up my time. getting back into the gym this month. hope to look great again for christmas
hi...for fat loosing i suggest:HOTROX EXTREM,LIPO6X or HYDROXYCUT.of course before cardio you should take 25-30 gr of whey,just after workout 25-40 gr whey,before workout NOXPLODE is very good and after CELLMASS..nad NOVEDEX is very good test.support..have a nice week.
hi...after your vacation you should start wit fat loosing program and after you should pass to the mass workout system.use good supplemenst,eat good and train hard of course...
hi.i think that first of all take a vacation(if you can of course)and after start with a 3 days warm up program.and continue with a 4 days split system.let me know your program and i will give you my idea.
Well the only thing i can tell you is to focus on how you want to be.. keep in mind your goals and dont give in to temptation. i know its hard sometimes, but its just part of the whole deal.. when i feel like i want to eat a kit kat bar i just grab some almonds and start munchin.. it works most of the time. so i get really excited and it helps with motivation...How long you've been in?
