if you can do more than 6 reps on wide grip chins ditch the pull downs but if not do both, do as many pullups as you can for 5 sets and 5 sets of lat pull downs 12-15 reps.

thanks, i do alot of pullpus 10-15 sets of 10-12, deadlifts, bb rows, pullovers, and cable rows.

hey man it's gettin cold lol. hope everything is going well with u. as for me, i was tryin to look cool deadlifting heavy and now my left trap hurts o.o like.. i can't turn my head too much to the left and now im scared to turn left when i drive lol.
