How I Started:
I used to do gymnastics, and when I moved to Texas I wanted to do something new, so I started reading Oxygen magazine and got a membership in a gym.I didn't know anything about working out, it took a lot of reading and practice
Why I Love It:
I love to see how we can transform our body, bodybuilding is an art , having the perfect body give you a lot of power plus you feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is the difficult part, I used to make excuses all the time, but a few years ago I developed carpal tunnel syndronme is so advanced it goes up to my shoulders and not even surgery can help so they gave me a few years before having total damage of the nerves (loosing complete use of my hands)and I'm no supose to work out anymore.I don't beleive that, is very painfull but I'm going to prove them wrong.I can't wait to compete.....
I'm not fat but I don't have muscle the way I want. I had an eating disorder for 3 years (anorexia) I remember I was so proud of being 85 pounds, I thought I looked sexy.I finish twice at the hospital with my colon bleeding and an infestetion of worms and amebas I was killing my body(not fun).When I went to treatment my doctor said that I was going to have side effects for the rest of my life (right!)I didn't beleive him. Now I am allergic to milk and lactose intolerant all in one and I can't eat any read meats or fat,anything makes me sick I have to keep a clean diet all the time, if I only knew... Anyway, my goal is to look amazing and feel the same way,I want muscle,and I want to look healthy,and of course tell others about my experience so they don't make the same mistake.
I'm back training and doing yoga and cardio and eating super clean for 3 weeks, ok so I'm starting to show my six pack and It looks like if I'm loosing weigh in my waist and hips and everywhere but guess what? I put a few pounds and even my waist is ticker....it doesn't really bother me ...
i usually do cardio like 4 to 5 days a week. Ill either walk on an incline on the treadmill and try not to hold on to it,or the bike or the arc trainer? i think thats what its called. Have fun with the abs if you want more let me know :)
Yes really...your potential is endless and it all comes down on how bad you want it. I would definitely recommend you to never give up. Diet right and Train hard I live by those codes.
