Kre-alkalyn 1500 before and after quest

Again i changed up my back routine to see how it works. i started with a row because my lats are significantly bigger than the rest of my back so i gotta get my lower traps up. again my deadlift went up preety good. so here are my stats.
t-bar row: 70 x 10
Lat pull: 140 x 7
super set: 6 pull ups to lat pull down 90 x 7 slow reps to really feel the burn
i didnt record my bicep workout but it was a little less than that week but i could under stand because i workout

Posted in Supplements : Mar 05, 2012 5:26pmthis week was the second week on this stuff. yet again i believe i got stronger. i did the excersises in different order and i will continue to do so for about 4 week so that i can switch up the routine. i will do this with all of my workout days wich i will explain while it happens.
I did flat first so that i can see how much i can do. also because i started with decline then incline so now its flats turn. so as usual here are my lifts for this weeks chest.
Flat: 145 x 7
Decline machine: 180x 11
incline machine: 110 x 8

Posted in Supplements : Mar 01, 2012 4:18pmToday was day # 3 workout day and the 4rth day overall. Yesterday i took 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night for my off day. here are some of my lifts for shoulders:
dumbbell shoulder press: 45 x 10 and 50 x 6
lateral raises: 25 x 7
machine side raises : 145 x 6
rear delt on chest fly machine : 60 x 8
Again this week my stats have went up considerably. last week i struggled with dumbbell press 45 x 5 and this week i got double the reps and 50 x 6 so that's a pretty go increase in strength.
