How I Started:
Played Basketball in HS, Some MMA for about two years now(08/14/09), I lifted for some time but never watched my diet, so results were not eye popping.
Why I Love It:
While working out I hate it but as soon as Im done it is one of the greatest feelings knowing I beat it, and it lasts until next workout when the load makes me doubt again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Checking on this wonderful site and seeing all those incredible transformations, learning to appreciate the little improvements in the mirror or in the training always help.

None yet, but they will come

I want to drop my weight and bodyfat to get a better and healthier life.
Goal (Long):
I like sports and I have a fairly good athletic ability to enjoy them, but since high school gaining weight has become an issue and it stops me from achieving my goals in them, I dont have great genetics in the health department, (HBP, Diabetes) but I still have good results in blood tests, and dont want that to change, my BP is a little high and I want to lower it.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I track my progress in an excel sheet, I do it there cause I use this program every day.
I´ve started to put my progress pictures here and on my laptop´s desktop so I see myself everyday.

Do you have a significant other?
Yes
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped or hurt your relationship?
I'm going on 2 wks of no lifting. I strained my right arm. Back in action soon. I'm cutting a little more then going to add mass. I want that great " Ab shot !! LOL
thanks, yeah ive been doing a low fat high protein diet, and ive actually lost fat gained muscle in starting it!
anyway looks like those pounds are continuing to shed off!! your headed in the right direction, keep it up!
Yeah going great at the moment thanks. Currently training for a 10 mile road race so my gym sessions are a little unpredictable at the moment. It's hard fitting it all in when I have to do 20 miles a week of running. Hopefully I won't lose too much mass, race is in 6 weeks.
