How I Started:
A bad break-up is what ignited me to become committed to transforming my body. I neglected myself during my relationship and put far too much time and effort into trying to "make" it work. After the break-up, I realized how sickly thin I was and decided to do something about it. I have never been this happy and enjoy this new healthy lifestyle. The gym is my sanctuary and no one can take that away from me!
Why I Love It:
Everyone has dreams, goals, etc. Some want to make a load of money, others a desired profession. Bodybuilding is literal proof that hard-work and dedication can make your dreams and goals happen.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, bodyspace helps a ton. All of you guys/girls help motivate me and I want to personally thank you for that. Magazines, websites, etc. are all filled with the "quick fix" the "instant supplement" that will cause muscle growth in 7 days! It's all bullshit and when that's all you see, it's frustrating! Supplements are NOT a necessity. Working hard, time, and effort is what pays off. Your threads, posts, and bodyspace pages personally help me.

Goal (Long):
Everyone has their own interpretation to how they want to look. As cliche as it may sound, I wanted the whole "model-esque" look: low body fat, shredded, etc. I know, I know...but being involved in that business has made me strive for that. Of course NOW I want more than that.
Ideally, I would like to be a solid 180lbs with at least 8-10% body fat. My strength goals are really of no concern to me, as long as I steadily increase my strength I'll be content. I have never been fully consisted and I vow to never let others get in the way of my progress. For too long have I cared more for others and neglected my self. No more. This is my body, this is my sanctuary, and I will take care of it.
His fight, battle(s), and optimism is beyond inspiring. Read his bodyspace in its entirety. Keep on truckin, thoughts and prayers are with you. Anytime that I'm feeling down or unmotivated, all I have to think about is Arod1123.
Let me first start off by saying that it should never have come to a "New Year's Resolution" to get back into shape. Yes, I - along with so many others - have decided to "get in shape" for the New Year. The difference between myself and so many others is I will do it. ...
Very solid looking. Also, you have an increadibly motivating bodyspace page. Everything you say about goals and dreams is spot on. Never stop moving forward!
I tried to pm you but ur box was full.....well thanks for all ur help i am more motivated than ever im gonna stick to it and im not going to rush anything...thanks again
