Background

When I Started: Sep 2006
HOW I STARTED:

I ACTUALLY STARTED LIFTING HARD WHEN I GOT TO KUWAIT. I HAD NOTHING TO DO AND I WANTED TO LOOK DIFFERENT WHEN I CAME BACK HOME. MY WEIGHT WHEN I STARTED LIFTING WAS 190lb. THIS WAS IN SEPT. I WENT HOME IN MAY AND HAD GAINED 30LBS SOME FAT BUT A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MUSCLE! EVERYBODY AT HOME COULDNT BELIEVE HOW BIG I HAD GOTTEN. I WAS ALWAYS KNOWN AS THE SKINNY KID. BUT I SURPASSED MY BUDDIES.

WHY I LOVE IT:

IT FEELS GREAT TO SEE A CHANGE IN YOUR BODY AND GET BIGGER MUSCLES. I WILL NEVER STOP WORKING OUT FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. IT KEEPS MY MIND AT PEACE AND I KNOW IM MAKING MY BODY STRONGER!
