How I Started:
I've been into sports my entire life and in high school I played volleyball, basketball and track. I was super skinny throughout high school (I weighed about 120 pounds at 5'11) and I never really did any serious weight training until college. I ended up playing D-I volleyball in college and weight training was a crucial part of the program. I loved the weight training and found myself making great gains becoming bigger, stronger, and faster. Although I loved the weight training aspect of collegiate volleyball by the time I graduated I found myself burned out from all the practices, traveling, and pressure. After I graduated I took a break from athletics, initially I made a half hearted attempt to continue working out but lacking motivation I eventually stopped working out as well. After 2 years I found myself weak, skinny, and unsatisfied with my body and my fitness level. I couldn't even run a mile without getting tired and winded...I decided it was time for a change. I began working out with a classmate who was an ex-personal trainer. He introduced me to crossfit and I loved it, I rediscovered my passion for fitness and working out.

It was good thanks..I'm in the process of learning fundamentals..I suck at front squats, but I'm working on it! I can't wait to get going so I can lose this fat. Do u follow the paleo or zone?
yeah im hopin we can! More than likely i will be in either iraq or afghan cause my bucket is in may and i usually go when my bucket comes up! but if not then we will be there for sure, if not to compete then for support!
