This is the first set of back pics in several months. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of muscle it appears I put on. I finally feel like progress is being made. I guess the extra jiggle (body fat) in my a$$ was worth it. Ha Ha!!

Who says girls can't do pull-ups? I reached 10 dead-hang pull-ups a few months ago. Now my goal is to bring the bar all the way to the middle of my chest instead of just getting my chin over the bar. It's a little bit more challenging...LOL!!

This is my first week back in the weight room since the 16th of October!! The setback started with a routine surgery on my leg and during the recovery I developed a DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis or blood clot, see my last two blogs if you are interested)!! I finally got the OK from the doctor to return to the weight room last week!! I kept my weight down by eating properly and staying as active as my condition would allow!! After hitting the weights for a couple of days I realize how much work I have ahead of me (I'm really de-conditioned) to reach my goals!!

Not flexed here. On the way to work. 126 lbs & 20% BF...STILL!! Is no progress still a progress pic? Is there such a thing as a digress pic...LOL!!
