Thanks for the comments. I did cut back on the protein until June 12th, lol. I am not trying to increase the protein and fiber while I am now really pushing hard. Rich (new user here) has been helping me in person. I have learned that I haven't been pushing myself this last 9+ months. But I am pushing hard now. So going to try this with his help for the next 4 weeks and see what happens. I finally saw my firt half inch bicep gain in just 10 days.

For the 12 weeks, I was 50/25/25 for carb/protein/fat. Starting today, I am trying to switch to about 25-30/50-55/20-25. Really going for 30/50/20. Even though I am doing some lifting, I was really hoping to really cut the fat before working on year round lean bulking as a lifestyle.

Wow, Looks like you are making good progress on your belly fat in your progress pics! I am switching my diet from 50/25/25 to 25/55/20 (carb/protein/fat) to see if I can get some progress. My last 12 week efforts show no visual results. So time for me to try something different.
