Overall Goal: I still want to transform my body. But my top new goal if fat loss. Cardio and low cals here I come.
Fit Status:
I no longer have a workout partner. I need someone to show me the cardio and diet secrets I am missing.

How I Started:
Counting Calories got me started in fitness. Seeing other weight lifters got me motivated to do more than watch my diet.
Why I Love It:
I really love the feel of the blood and pump of the muscle fiber during a good workout. I am finally starting to see some results and can't wait for more.
How I Stay Motivated:
My pics keep me motivated on what I don't want to look like. Even just the thought of what I can look like and feel like keeps me moving forward.
BB Accomplishments:
I wouldn't call this major, but dropping fat from a body weight of 215 down to 175 was a big step for me.

So I think I am still getting somewhere now. I need to take new photos and really I don't think they will look much difference. But I think I am still improving. Now to see if there is anyone out there that is willing to help me dial things in for food, workout, etc.... to burn fat and...
get on the tread mill... do intervals(30sec sprint-1min jog). every other day. don't drink all those proteins unless your working out hard. your muscles don't need all that protein burn the fat first then gain the muscle. try this(intervals) for 12 weeks then see how it is.
I just read your blog, and the soreness is the "shock" to your muscles. The soreness will pass; it's only a problem if you it have for 72 hours or more after the workout(not enough protein to rebuild muscle tissue)
