was a runner in my past life but one day picked up a fitness book for women and was hooked ever since...but traind with no consistency leading to so so results

Well it has been a while since i have visited the site and let me tell you things have turned 180 degrees. I had be a tumultuous and painful road to travel but it looks like i am almost pain free. Both supraspinatus muscles are no longer a worry, i am to complete my entire pre-injury circuit...
Now now, don't be getting down about things.(your blog) You should try and get yourself to enjoy going to workout. Think of it as your personal time. Think of the extra energy and attitude once you have gotten your body into your new routine. It won't come easy, but, it does get easier, and funner! Think about your increased fitness level and how by simply working out, people can notice your body mood.
