haha yeah man. I actually think that I have a mental gift when it comes to nutrition. I havent cheated on my diet in over a year as i never really crave bad food! Rn im following max-ot from AST sports science and my split is chest, arms, rest, shoulders, back, legs, rest. All on there own days. lately its been kinda hard for me to gain weight so im following a 3500-600 calorie diet along with that

yeah man im defintiely looking to compete -- late early fall 2009 probably. I'm looking to bulk to about 180 (extremely clean food but in massive quantities) over the next 6-7 months at 5'4'' in height hehe. From there I will give myself about 3-4 months to follow a strict cut diet for a comp.

sup lance. im a small guy just like you :) (5'4'') currently cutting and was wondering if you had any tips that have contributed to your leanness. Im currently following derek charlebois's "the cut diet" and was hoping to get as cut as you were when you were 16 in the next few months. you look absolutely outstanding and keep up your great work!
