In my opinion it is the most difficult sport yet the most rewarding. Not every sport requires absolute focus and discipline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

oh, and my split right now. Monday legs n calves. Tuesday Back. Wednesday Chest n calves, Thursday Shoulders/traps, Friday Arms n calves, Saturday Weak point trianing, Sunday off.
he well that def is a gift if you havn't cheated in that long. Cause most people cant go a day lol. But thats a good split, and eating that much, there really si no reason you won't gain some nice mass. But I see your pretty set man so just keep doin what your doin.
Thats great to hear bro! HA wow, if and when you do that serious clean bulk (which is so hard lol) and do reach 180.. I will have to stop bodybuilding man haha. Cause right now im like 184 lol. but really, best of luck to you. As long as you think you can do it, you will, thats what I've followed since I started training and i've proved many people wrong when they said I couldn't do something.
