WHY I LOVE IT:

In my opinion it is the most difficult sport yet the most rewarding. Not every sport requires absolute focus and discipline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

DepewRB28 Bro thanxs for the comment on my page. If possible could you help me find a calculator for losing weight. I'm 5ft7 and I weigh 160. I need to drop atleast 15 pounds for wrestling. I don't know how many calories I need to eat to maintain that. If I can that out I'll subtract 300-500 calories like you said. Then I'll spread it out throughout the day in 5-6 meals.
