How I Started:
Well, growing up...I've always been little, skinny and had a very fast metabolism. I weighted 113 pounds the year I graduated from high school/started college. Now, that I'm older, I think I can seriously add some muscle mass. I've always been interested in fitness, nutrition and living a healthy active lifestyle. Now, I just want to take it to a new level while adding muscle.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great. Keeps me younger looking (compared to others in my age group). A great stress reliever from work in corporate America.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading about fitness and bodybuilding. Music on my ipod. Seeing others here on BodySpace and their progress. Positive comments from family and friends. The MIRROR (I know, I know...a little narcissistic)

Thx Ed. I got lax on diet Jan-Apr, so been on mission w/ diet since early May. I back to Dec 2008 weight, but a little leaner. Which means.......more muscle! For me, that's huge. I've never had much success adding muscle (see my 1988 & '90 pics which proves that). How goes it w/ you?
