Day one: Back
Day two: off
Day three: tricep, chest
Day four: run
Day five: leg, bicep
Day six: rucksack
day seven- shoulders, chest, forearm
I do a 4 set 15,10,8,5 rep workout
I go up ten pounds every set except for the last one in which i only go up 5 lbs.
