HOW I STARTED:

I needed to get my mind off of things in my life, and I can't stand not trying to improve myself.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It something you can do for yourself and see great results if you work hard at it.

My Workout Program

I have a 7 day gym week

Day one: Back
Day two: off
Day three: tricep, chest
Day four: run
Day five: leg, bicep
Day six: rucksack
day seven- shoulders, chest, forearm

I do a 4 set 15,10,8,5 rep workout
I go up ten pounds every set except for the last one in which i only go up 5 lbs.

boxmonkey yea well I'm back over this way. and as you can see you were right about the weight gain when I got home. took me longer to get back up there but still got up there again. oh well this time I've got a wife that wants to work out with me when we get home. hopefully that will help me keep it up this time. MrMontana98 I/We do PT 3 times a week. I'm high enough ranking I can influence what we do. But I have everyone run at least once, but sometimes twice a week. You can lift weights after you run or do cardio but not in lieu of doing cardio work. I lift mostly on base, but sometimes do training off base too. Nov 5, 2009 1:25am
