Overall Goal: To be a competitive, long distance runner. To lift lighter with more more reps, to keep the lean, mean look. Although, another 10-15 pounds of muscle would be nice!:)

If you haven't checked her profile out, you should. She has worked so hard and overcome so much to get to where she is today. Also, she may very well have the best abs (man or woman) on Bodyspace period! Just looking at them makes me want to get into high gear on mine!
Okay, I tried this once before and didn't follow through. This time, I'm for real. This is killing me really. I love bodyspace, but I know I have to let it go for now.

I only started running in Jan. My first 5K was in June and first 10K in October...so I'm a newbie to running. I've always hated it, until now....still have times I dislike it...but it stuck this time around. Thanks for the add and look forward to hearing about the turkey trot.
