I totally would, but that weekend I have plans to go hike Mt. Washington! Man i've been looking into it, strongman only has to weight divitions, **** sucks... I'm only 5'5.5" and like 160lbs and their categories are like 235 and under or over, something like that... I'm contemplating getting back into power lifting... i dunno

Hey by the way I made that Greek yogurt and it came out perfect@ It's really easy, just it really condenses down in volume.

Thanks! cycling high protein with near zero carbs/fat and low carbs/fat at 2 week intervals I weight train Monday-Friday after work and do cardio Mon-Wends b4 work Thurs abs b4 work and more cardio on the weekends...

Thanks for the kind words man, it helps more then you know! I'm actually not tracking my body fat % next time I make an order on bbing.com I'll pick up some calipers... the diet's going great, and I just made some fat free greek yogurt for the first time which will take place of one of my shakes.
