How I Started:
I've always been involved in sport. I can't live without it. But i've always been skinny. When i was younger it didn't bother me that much until high school. Then i started to dream about having bigger muscles, but didn't do anything to realize those dreams. Only on the first year of study when I chose physicall education clases in the gym, there was a chance, that finally i will do something with myself. But after about 2 months my enthusiasm decreased and i quit the gym. I still was skinny for another few years. But hopefully it will change now beacause, since the end of february, i'm working out hard and this time my motivation is very high and i intend to keep it that way and finally transform my skinny body.
Why I Love It:
Because every trainig session, every repetition brings me closer to where i want to be. When i go out of the gym ater hard training i feel great. And of course it helps me transform my body and no longer be skinny.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my old photos and compare them to most recent ones. I keep track of my progress and it helps me see the results clearly. And recently i look at other people transformations with similar story to mine. It is very motivating. If they could do it - i can too!
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet beside the look in the mirror after 5 months of hard traning.
When i first started to workout a little. Weighted here around 140 lbs.
This is most recent photo of my progress. This phtoto was taken after about 16 weeks of training. I've gotten more serious now then before. My motivation now is highest. Around 157 lbs here.
