i firsted started playing sport when i was 5 years old, playing for a football team then it built up from there

i train 5-6 days a week, training each body part seperately and doin abs every day
day1- legs
day2- chest
dat3- back
day4- shoulders
day5- arms
cardio is done most days for 20-30 minutes and done first thing in the morning in any empty stomach before breakfast

Well the first program I started on was Body For Life years back when I bought the book and it worked great for me! I followed it pretty much to the T and it's great if your main goal is fat loss and muscle tone. Check it out at www.bodyforlife.com
