It depends on the exercise. 4-6 for most things. Up to 15 on bodyweight exercises.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Each one has his or her own ideal physique. I do like the women who don't go crazy w/ hair and makeup though. The guys? You're all gorgeous!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I've never been injured but I've come close and it's been because I almost lost my balance, which is usually from a momentary loss of focus.
