It depends on the exercise. 4-6 for most things. Up to 15 on bodyweight exercises.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Each one has his or her own ideal physique. I do like the women who don't go crazy w/ hair and makeup though. The guys? You're all gorgeous!

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
I've never been injured but I've come close and it's been because I almost lost my balance, which is usually from a momentary loss of focus. I'm would describe myself as a "beginner" at lifting. My goals are to ENJOY myself, not to reach a particular body fat % or SRM. Those are great side effects of enjoying myself in the weight room :-)
I work out every other day (not 3x/week or 4x/week) so some weeks it is M-W-F-Sun, next...
xaroula, your progress pics are remarkable. Congrats on the wt loss. Obviously you're worked very hard. I'll bet you love shopping for clothes these days! :-)
