How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It depends on the exercise. 4-6 for most things. Up to 15 on bodyweight exercises.

Each one has his or her own ideal physique. I do like the women who don't go crazy w/ hair and makeup though. The guys? You're all gorgeous!

Workout Program:
I'm would describe myself as a "beginner" at lifting. My goals are to ENJOY myself, not to reach a particular body fat % or SRM. Those are great side effects of enjoying myself in the weight room :-)

I work out every other day (not 3x/week or 4x/week) so some weeks it is M-W-F-Sun, next...
